100 Gramm Speckwürfel
2 Zwiebeln; in Ringe
20 Gramm Butter
1000 Gramm Zuckerhut
Majoran; gehackt
Thymian; gehackt
;Tafelsalz
;Pfeffer
50 Milliliter Weißwein
200 Gramm Möhren; in Scheiben
2 Knoblauchzehen; gepresst

Speckwürfel langsam erhitzen, Zwiebelringe dazugeben. Die Zwiebeln
glasig, den Speck goldbraun braten und herausnehmen.

Butter in den Brattopf geben. Zuckerhut tropfnass längs achteln,
locker aufrollen und in den Brattopf geben, Majoran und Thymian
darüber geben, mit Tafelsalz und Pfeffer würzen. Wein zugeben; Möhren
mit dem Knoblauch mischen und dazugeben. Zugedeckt 10 bis 15 Minuten
leise kochen lassen.

Die Zwiebelringe und den Speck darauf verteilen, nochmals 5 Minuten
schmoren lassen und servieren.
