Menge: 4 Portionen

300 g Zwiebeln
Salz
frisch gemahlener schwarzer
-Pfeffer
3 tb Mehl
3 Eier
2 tb saure Sahne oder Schmand
100 g geriebener mittelalter
-Goudakäse
Butter

Zwiebeln in sehr feine Würfel schneiden, mit wenig Salz und Pfeffer
würzen und mit Mehl bestäuben. Eier, Sahne oder Schmand und Käse
unterrühren.
Butter erhitzen Zwiebelmasse mit einem Teelöffel in die Butter geben
und goldgelbe Plätzchen backen.
Die Krüstchen warm zu Bier servieren.
