350 g Rindfleisch
3 Tomaten; reif
2 Knoblauchzehen
Petersilie
Oregano
1 ts Kapern
1/4 Pfefferschote
50 g Parmesan
4 tb Olivenoel
Salz

Kapern waschen, Wasser ausdruecken, Petersilie entblaettern. Tomaten
ueberbruehen, enthaeuten, Kerne entfernen, passieren. Rindfleisch in
feine Streifen schneiden.

Rindfleisch ins Oel geben, Tomaten daruntermischen, langsam duensten
lassen.

Kapern, Oregano, zerdrueckte Pfefferschote und Petersilieblaetter
dazugeben, salzen.

Nach etwa einer halben Stunde fertige Sauce mit Spaghetti vermischen,
mit Parmesankaese und Petersilieblaettern bestreuen.
