Die Aprikosen waschen, entsteinen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Mit
Gelierzucker vermischen und 3-4 Stunden stehenlassen. Feingehackte
Zitronenmelisse zufügen, und die Aprikosen unter Rühren zum Kochen
bringen. 4 Min. sprudelnd kochenlassen. Marillenlikör unterrühren. Sofort
in Gläser füllen und verschließen.
