Asiatische Erdnuß-Koriander-Soße

1 sm Knoblauchzehe
50 g geröstete Erdnüsse
1 sm rote Chilischote
1 tb Sojasoße; evt. mehr
1/2 tb Honig; flüssig
3 tb Limettensaft
Krorianderzweige
2 tb ; Wasser

Knoblauch schälen, mit den Erdnüssen im Mixer fein zermalen. Chilischote
entkernen, fein hacken.

Nüsse mit Chili, Sojasauce und heißem Wasser, Honig und Limettensaft glatt
verrühren.

Koriander hacken, unterrühren und abschmecken.

Statt Öl werden für diese Soße Nüsse pürioert. Das enthaltene Fett sorgt für
Geschmack, gesunde ungesättigte Fettsäuren und Vitamine.
