Gesiebtes Mehl mit Trockenhefe mischen. In geschmolzene Butter
lauwarme Milch geben, Eigelb, Zucker und Salz dazumischen und mit dem
Mehl gut vermengen, so dass eine fluessige Masse entsteht. Diese zum
Gehen an einen warmen Ort stellen.
