Muskatnuss, gerieben

ZUSAETZLICH FUER OBST


3 tb Zucker

Backteig: knusprige Umhuellung von Fisch-, Gefluegel-, Fleisch-,
Gemuese- und Obststueckchen.

Variante I:
Mehl, Oel, Eigelb, helles Bier und Salz geschmeidig ruehren, eine
Stunde ruhen lassen, danach geschlagene Eiweiss darunterziehen.

Variante II:
Mehl in Milch glattruehren, Eigelbe und zuletzt geschlagene Eiweisse
zugeben, mit Salz und geriebener Muskatnuss wuerzen.
Backteig fuer Obst enthaelt noch Zucker.
