250 g Champignons; geruestet

2 Schalotten; fein gehackt
1 Knoblauchzehe; fein gehackt
20 g Butter
1 dl Weisswein
200 g Erbsen; ausgeloest
2 dl Rahm
150 g Schinken; kleingewuerfelt
75 g Sbrinz; gerieben
-- oder Parmesan
;Salz
;Schwarzer Pfeffer

Schalotten und Knoblauch in der Butter anduensten, die Champignons
beigeben und unter Wenden mitduensten.

Mit dem Weisswein abloeschen, Erbsen zugeben. Alles zugedeckt auf
kleinem Feuer ca. 10 Minuten kochen lassen.

Den Rahm beifuegen und einen Moment mitkochen lassen, Schinken
zugeben.

Unmittelbar vor dem Servieren den Sbrinz untermischen.
