1 tb Sojasauce; leicht
1/2 ts Salz
1 1/2 tb Reisswein-Essig; eventuell
- Apfelwein-Essig
1 tb Zucker
1 tb Tomatenmark
1 ts Maisstaerke
1 ts Wasser

Huehnerbruehe, Sojasauce, Salz, Essig, Zucker und Tomatenmark gut
miteinander mischen. Aufkochen.

Maisstaerke mit Wasser verruehren, in die Sauce einruehren, aufkochen
und koecheln lassen, bis die gewuenschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.

Beachten: wird beim Abkuehlen dickfluessiger !!
