Brotscheiben darin mehrmals wenden, bis sie sich vollgesogen haben.

Oel in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Brotscheiben darin pro Seite etwa drei
Minuten braten, bis sie leicht gebraeunt sind. Herausnehmen, diagonal
teilen und warm servieren.

Dies ist eine ideale Beilage zu einem Fruehlings-Blattsalat.
