Einfache Kräutermarinade

Menge: 1 Rezept

6 Weißweinessig; evtl. 1/3mehr
5 Schalotten; fein gewürfelt
2 Knoblauchzehen; zerdrückt
3 Gartenkräuter
feingeschnitten
Salz + fr.gem.Pfeffer
12 Pflanzenöl

Diese Marinade paßt zu Fisch und hellem Fleisch. Sie ist ausreichend für
1 kg Fleisch.

Den Essig mit den Schalotten, Knoblauchzehen und Kräutern verrühren, mit
Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Zuletzt das Öl unterrühren.

Wer mag, kann den Essig durch Zitronensaft oder Weißwein ersetzen.
