Die Hagebutten waschen, trocknen, Fliege und Stiel wegschneiden und
mit dem Wiegemesser kleinschneiden oder durch eine Raffelmaschine mit
grobem Einsatz reiben. Auf einen mit Haushaltpapier ausgelegten Rost
verteilen und bei ca. 40 GradC trocknen. In einem gut verschliessbaren
Glas aufbewahren.

Teezubereitung: 1 bis 2 Teeloeffel in 250 ml siedendes Wasser geben
und 10 Minuten kochen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt enthaelt der Tee am
meisten Vitamin C.
