- Obstblueten,

Eiweiss leicht verschlagen, Blueten mit einem Backpinsel duenn mit Eiweiss
bestreichen und mit feinem Zucker bestreuen. ueberschuessigen Zucker
vorsichtig abschuetteln. Zwei bis drei Tage auf einem Kuchenrost in der
warmen Kueche trocknen, bis sie sich glashart anfuehlen. Zum Aufbewahren
zwischen Lagen von Wachspapier in eine gut verschliessbare Keksdose
legen.
