8 Mehligkochende Kartoffeln
4 tb Butter
--ODER
Saure Sahne
;Salz
Evtl. Kaviar

Runde, mehlige Kartoffeln waschen und buersten. Die obere Seite kreuzweise
einschneiden. Im Ofen gar werden lassen. Bei Tisch die Schale etwas
zurueckschlagen. Butter und Salz daraufgeben und mit einer Gabel servieren.
Eine besondere Delikatesse ist es, jeweils einen Teeloeffel Kaviar darauf zu
setzen.

Anmerkung v. Renate Schnapka: Im Rezept sind zur Garzeit keine Angaben
gemacht worden. Man heizt den Ofen auf volle Temperatur. Da diese Kartoffeln
meist etwas groesser (ca. Faustgroesse) sind, muss man mindestens 1/2 Stunde
zum Garen rechnen.
