85 g Kokosflocken
3 tb Cashewnuesse
1 Gruene Chilischote
Salz; nach Geschmack
80 ml Joghurt, nature
3 tb Petersilie; gehackt

Die Haelfte der Kokosflocken zusammen mit den Cashewnuessen im
Mixgeraet zu Pulver mixen. Nun die gruene Chili (je nach Geschmack,
entkernt ...), Salz und Joghurt zugeben. Alles durchmixen, bis es
fein und luftig ist. Zuletzt die restlichen Kokosflocken dazugeben,
alles nochmals kurz durchmixen.

Zum Schluss die gehackte Petersilie unterruehren.

Servierbeispiel: als Fuellung von Pfannkuchen.
