-Johannisbeere
125 g --Himbeeren
480 g Gelier-Fruchtzucker
2 Zitronensaft
Twist-Off-Gläser Oder
-Gläser + Zellophan

Rhabarber

Zimt, gemahlen

600 g Pfirsiche, geschält Oder
-Aprikosen; in kl. Stücken
1 Zitrone; Saft davon
500 g Gelier-Fruchtzucker

Menge ausreichend für 2 große oder 4 kleine Gläser.

Erdbeeren waschen, halbieren oder vierteln. Von Johannisbeeren + Himbeeren
Stiele abzupfen, waschen, aber nicht zu lange im Wasser liegenlassen und
sofort trockentupfen.

Die Früchte mit Gelier-Fruchtzucker und Zitronensaft vermengen; drei bis 4
Min. schäumend kochen. Sofort danach in heiß ausgespülte Gläser
füllen. Mit Twist-off-Deckel oder Einmachzellophan verschließen.

Variation 2: Geschälte Pfirsiche und/oder Aprikosen in kleinen Stücken
(oder grob gemixt) mit dem Zitronensaft und Gelier-Fruchtzucker eine halbe
Stunde ziehenlassen, dann kochen.
