2 1/2 tb Olivenoel
750 g Tomaten
1 lg Knoblauchzehe; ungeschnitten
1 Bd. Basilikum oder
- Liebstoeckel
;Salz, Pfeffer
Parmesan; nach Geschmack

Olivenoel in einem Topf erhitzen. Knoblauchzehe(n) hineingeben und
duensten, bis sie "blond" ist. Die Tomaten mit kochendem Wasser
ueberbruehen, haeuten und halbieren, die Haelften fest ausdruecken (so
werden Kerne und Fluessigkeit entfernt) und das Fruchtfleisch in den
Topf mit der Knoblauchzehe geben und gerade 5 Minuten duensten. Dann
mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und ganz zum Schluss, vor dem
Servieren mit fein geschnitten Basilikumblaettern oder frischem
Liebstoeckel garnieren. Nach Geschmack Parmesan dazugeben.
