Kochen Sie Spitzwegerichsirup noch eine halbe Stunde weiter ein, so
erhalten Sie einen guten "Honig". Machen Sie die Probe, indem sie

Konsistenz kontrollieren. Der Spitzwegerichhonig muss unbedingt in
sorgfältig ausgetrocknete Gläser abgefüllt und gut verschlossen
werden, sonst könnte er auskristallisieren.

Tip: Spitzwegerichhonig schmeckt ausgezeichnet als Brotaufstrich oder
im Tee und ist ein gutes Mittel gegen Erkältungen, Husten und
Heiserkeit.
