Tee-Gelee mit Rum und Zitronenmelisse

Menge: 1 Liter

3 tb Assam-Tee
3/4 l ;Wasser; kochend
2 Zitronemelissezweige
500 g Zucker
1 pk Gelfix 2+1
75 ml Brauner Rum

Tee mit kochendem Wasser ueberbruehen. Mit den Zitronenmelissezweigen
mindestens 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann durch ein Sieb giessen und
mit dem Zucker und dem Gelfix nach Packungsanweisung zu einem Gelee
kochen. Braunen Rum zugiessen, in Glaeser fuellen und sofort
verschliessen. Kuehl und dunkel aufheben.
