500 g Frische Feigen
2 Nelken
5 Schwarze Pfefferkoerner
2 Cm Zimtstange
1 dl Portwein
300 g Gelierzucker; Sorte 1 Teil
-- Zucker/2 Teile Fruechte

Den Stielansatz der Feigen entfernen und die Fruechte vierteln.
Zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten in einen Topf geben, langsam
erhitzen und waehrend 4 Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Die heisse
Konfituere ins heiss gespuellte Glas fuellen, mit einem Deckel
verschliessen und fuer 10 Minuten auf den Deckel stellen.
Anschliessend umdrehen und auskuehlen lassen.
