250 Gramm Dinkelmehl (Typ 630)
250 Gramm Weizenmehl (Typ 405)
20 Gramm frische Hefe
250 Gramm warmes Wasser
2 Teelöffel Tafelsalz

Hefe mit Wasser auflösen, Rest dazu geben und verkneten, 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
In 8 gleichgroße Stücke aufteilen, nochmal 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Mit Wasser
besprühen und bei 240 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) etwa 15 Minuten backen.
