2 Esslöffel Paniermehl (glutenfrei)
1 Teelöffel Senf (mittelscharf)
1 Teelöffel Paprikapulver (edelsüß)

Etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
3 Esslöffel Speiseöl
1 Esslöffel Sojasoße
Frische Petersilie zum Garnieren

Arbeitsschritte:

Vermischen Sie das vegane Hackfleisch in einer Schüssel mit der Zwiebel, dem Knoblauch, Paniermehl, Senf (mittelscharf), Paprikapulver, Sojasoße, Salz und Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle. Kneten Sie die Masse gut durch und formen Sie daraus 4 gleich große Hacksteaks.

Erhitzen Sie 3 Esslöffel Speiseöl in einer großen Pfanne. Braten Sie die Hacksteaks bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten jeweils 3 bis 4 Minuten an, bis sie goldbraun sind. Legen Sie die Hacksteaks auf Küchenpapier, um überschüssiges Öl zu entfernen.

Garnieren Sie die Hacksteaks mit frischer Petersilie und servieren Sie sie sofort.

Unsere Tipps:

Für eine würzige Note können Sie 1 Teelöffel Worcestersoße (vegan) in die Hackmasse einarbeiten.
Servieren Sie die Hacksteaks mit Kartoffelpüree oder Ofengemüse.
Fügen Sie gehackte frische Kräuter wie Thymian oder Rosmarin hinzu, um dem Gericht mehr Aroma zu verleihen.
