300 Gramm Mock Pork (vegane Alternative)
2 Esslöffel Speiseöl
1 große Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt
2 kleine Möhren, in feine Streifen geschnitten
200 Milliliter Hafer- oder Sojacreme (pflanzliche Sahnealternative)
150 Milliliter Gemüsebrühe (vegane)
1 Esslöffel Sojasauce (glutenfrei)
1 Teelöffel Agavendicksaft
Salz und frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
Frische Petersilie, gehackt, zum Garnieren

Außerdem:
Etwas Frischhaltefolie

Mock Pork in etwa 1 Zentimeter dicke Scheiben schneiden und mit 1 Esslöffel Speiseöl in einer Pfanne von beiden Seiten anbraten, bis es leicht gebräunt ist. Zur Seite stellen.

In derselben Pfanne die restliche Speiseöl erhitzen und die Zwiebeln sowie Möhren anbraten, bis die Zwiebeln glasig sind.

Die Gemüsebrühe und pflanzliche Sahnealternative in die Pfanne geben und gut verrühren. Sojasauce und Agavendicksaft hinzufügen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und die Sauce etwa 5 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen, bis sie schön cremig ist.

Das gebratene Mock Pork in die Rahmsauce geben und alles zusammen für weitere 5 Minuten köcheln lassen, damit sich die Aromen gut verbinden.

Unsere Tipps:

Für eine intensivere Rahmsauce können Sie einen Spritzer Zitronensaft hinzufügen.
Garnieren Sie das Gericht mit gehackter Petersilie für eine frische Note und ansprechende Optik.
Falls die Sauce etwas dicker sein soll, lassen Sie sie einfach etwas länger köcheln.
