300 Gramm Mock Pork (vegane Alternative)
2 Esslöffel Speiseöl
1 große Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt
2 kleine Möhren, in feine Streifen geschnitten
150 Milliliter Gemüsebrühe (vegane)
100 Milliliter Hafer- oder Sojacreme (pflanzliche Sahnealternative)
2 Esslöffel Senf (mittelscharf)
1 Teelöffel Agavendicksaft
Salz und frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
Frische Petersilie zur Garnitur

Außerdem:
Etwas Frischhaltefolie

Mock Pork in dünne Scheiben schneiden und mit 1 Esslöffel Speiseöl in einer Pfanne von beiden Seiten anbraten, bis es leicht gebräunt ist. Zur Seite stellen.

Die Zwiebel und Möhren in derselben Pfanne mit dem restlichen Speiseöl anbraten, bis die Zwiebeln glasig sind.

Gemüsebrühe und pflanzliche Sahnealternative in die Pfanne geben und gut verrühren. Den Senf und den Agavendicksaft hinzufügen und die Sauce mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Alles etwa 5 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen, bis die Sauce cremig ist.

Das gebratene Mock Pork in die Senfsauce geben und alles zusammen für weitere 5 Minuten erhitzen, damit sich die Aromen gut verbinden.

Unsere Tipps:

Für eine intensivere Senfnote können Sie etwas Dijon-Senf zur Sauce geben.
Garnieren Sie das Gericht mit frisch gehackter Petersilie für eine frische, farbige Note.
Eine Prise Muskatnuss kann der Sauce eine zusätzliche würzige Tiefe verleihen.
