Menge: 4 Portionen

500 Gramm Nudeln, grüne, al dente
300 Gramm Mozzarella in Scheiben
200 Gramm Schinken, gekocht, in Scheiben
250 Gramm Sahne
2 Eier, davon das Eigelb (Größe M)
40 Gramm Parmesan, gerieben
etwas Oregano
etwas Butter zum Einfetten

Geben Sie die gegarten Nudeln, den Käse und den Schinken in eine gebutterte, ofenfeste Form. Die letzte Lage
sollte hierbei aus Nudeln oder Käse bestehen. Dann mischen Sie die Sahne, das Eigelb und den Parmesan und
würzen das Gemisch mit Oregano. Die Sauce geben Sie bitte über den Auflauf. Gebacken wird der Auflauf bei
220 Grad Celsius Ä(Umluft) oder bei 200 Grad Celsius (Heißluft) etwa 25 Minuten bis der Käse goldbraun ist.

Arbeitszeit: etwa 15 Minuten
