600 Gramm Hackfleisch vom Rind
6 Blätter Salat, (Kopfsalat)
6 Scheiben Käse, (Scheibletten-Käse)
1 Zwiebel
etwas Speiseöl
4 Gewürzgurken
1 Spritzer Worcestersoße
6 Brötchen, (Hamburgerbrötchen)
etwas Senf
etwas Ketchup
etwas Meersalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Schneiden Sie die Brötchen auf, rösten Sie sie in einer heißen Pfanne (ohne Öl/Fett) etwa 5-10 Sekunden an und
bestreichen Sie beide Seiten mit Senf und Ketchup. Dann schneiden Sie die Gewürzgurken in Scheiben und legen für
jeden Burger 4 Gurken-Scheiben auf eine Brötchen-Hälfte. Jetzt schneiden Sie die abgezogene Zwiebel in feine
Würfel und schwitzen sie in etwas Speiseöl in der Pfanne glasig an. Dann geben Sie bitte auf die Gurken jeweils
einen Teelöffel Zwiebel-Würfel, legen anschließend ein Salatblatt darauf.

Das Fleisch geben Sie nun in eine Schüssel, würzen es mit Meersalz, Pfeffer, etwas Worcestersoße und Senf und
kneten es gut durch. Danach wiegen Sie 6 etwa 100 Gramm schwere Patties ab, formen sie flach und braten oder
grillen sie etwa 5 Minuten von jeder Seite. Nach dem Wenden legen Sie bitte die Käse-Scheiben auf das Fleisch und
lassen sie zerlaufen. Zum Schluss geben Sie das Fleisch mit dem Käse auf die Brötchen, legen den Deckel auf und
servieren die Hamburger.
