mit Rucola und Kirsch-Tomaten

Menge: 4 Portionen

250 Gramm weißes Mehl
125 Milliliter Wasser, lauwarmes
1 Paket Trockenhefe
2 Esslöffel Olivenöl
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
500 Gramm Shrimps
1 Paket Käse
1 Zwiebel
4 Zehen Knoblauch
100 Gramm Rucola
15 Kirsch-Tomaten
1 Prisen Pizza-Gewürz
1 Dose Tomaten
1 Esslöffel Olivenöl

Hefeteig:
Stellen Sie aus dem Mehl, dem Wasser, der Hefe, dem Tafelsalz und dem frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer einen
Hefeteig her. Sobald der etwas aufgegangen ist, geben Sie das Olivenöl zu und lassen ihn etwa 60 Minuten
ruhen. Danach geben Sie den Hefeteig bitte in eine Backform.

Anschließend braten Sie die Shrimps in heißem Olivenöl mit einer Zwiebel und 2 Knoblauchzehen an. Die
Dosen-Tomaten würzen Sie nun mit Tafelsalz, Pfeffer und etwas Pizza-Gewürz und geben sie auf den Hefeteig.
Darauf folgen dann die Shrimps und dann wird das Paket Käse darauf verteilt. Das Ganze kommt jetzt bei
180 Grad Celsius (Umluft) oder bei 160 Grad Celsius (Heißluft) für etwa 25 Minuten in den Backofen.

Während die Pizza im Backofen ist, waschen Sie bitte den Rucola vorsichtig. Dann geben Sie 2 klein
abgezogene und geschnittene Knoblauchzehen sowie die Kirsch-Tomaten dazu, würzen alles mit Tafelsalz
und Pfeffer und geben zum Schluss etwas Olivenöl dazu.

Sobald die Pizza fertig ist, wird sie bitte in Portionen geschnitten und darauf geben Sie dann den
Rucola - Salat.

Unser Tipp:
Nach eigenem Geschmack können Sie auf die Pizza noch ein paar kleine Tiefsee-Krabben drauf legen.
