Gedünstetes Huhn mit Reis und Gurken

Menge: 3 Portionen

1 Kilogramm Hähnchen-Oberkeulen
2 Tassen Jasmin-Reis
2 Stück Zitronengras
1/3 Teelöffel Curcuma
1/2 Teelöffel Paprikapulver
1/2 Teelöffel 5 Kräuter-Gewürz
1 Zwiebel
4 Esslöffel Speiseöl
2 Esslöffel Fleisch-Sause
etwas Meersalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle

Hähnchen-Oberschenkel:
Entfernen Sie die Haut, waschen Sie die Schenkel und trocknen Sie sie mit einem Geschirrtuch ab.
Dann hacken Sie das Zitronengras fein, geben das Meersalz, den Pfeffer, das Paprikapulver, die
Gewürze und 1 Esslöffel Speiseöl zu dem Fleisch, wenden es um und lassen das Fleisch etwa 5 Minuten
ruhen. In der Zeit waschen Sie die Gurken, trocknen sie ab, halbieren sie und schneiden die
Gurken-Hälften in dünne scheiben.

Nun nehmen Sie eine Pfanne oder einen Topf, erhitzen 3 Esslöffel Speiseöl und reduzieren die
Kochzufuhr um die Hälfte. Dann geben Sie das marinierte Hähnchen-Fleisch dazu, braten es gold-gelb
oder hellgelb und geben kleine gestreift-geschnittene Zwiebeln sowie den Curcuma dazu. Anschließend
braten Sie alles bitte 3 Minuten weiter und wenden das Fleisch dann. Danach geben Sie die
Fleisch-Sauce dazu, wenden das Fleisch wieder und braten es etwa 3-4 Minuten weiter ( oder dunsten).

Als Beilage empfehlen wir Reis und Magi als Sauce für die Salatgurken !
