Italienische Knuspermandeln

Menge: 1 Portion

300 Gramm Mandeln, die Hälfte davon geschält
1 Eiweiß (Größe M)
1 Teelöffel Meersalz, grob
2 Esslöffel Kräuter, gehackt, italienische (siehe Tipp)

Schlagen Sie das Eiweiß leicht an und geben Sie die Mandeln und die Kräuter dazu. Dann verteilen Sie
alles locker auf einem Backblech und bestreuen es gleichmäßig mit dem Meersalz. Danach bräunen Sie die
Mandeln für 10 Minuten bei 160 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) oder bei 140 Grad (Heißluft) im
Backofen, wenden die Mandeln und bräunen sie nochmals etwa 8-10 Minuten.
