Menge: 4 Portionen

2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Fleischtomate
einige Basilikum-Blätter
Tafelsalz
Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
8 Scheiben Baguette, quer
- geschnitten
4 Esslöffel Olivenöl

1. Backofen auf 250 Grad Celsius (Umluft) vorheizen.

2. Tomate waschen (eventuell enthäuten) und in kleine Würfel schneiden.
Basilikum waschen, trocken tupfen und in Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch
schälen und durch eine Presse drücken. Alles mischen und mit Salz und
Pfeffer würzen.

3. Masse auf die Brotscheiben geben, mit Öl beträufeln und etwa 15
Minuten rösten. Sofort servieren.

Alternativ kann man auch noch Mozzarella-Scheiben über die Tomaten
legen.
