Crostini di funghi Ger. Brotscheiben mit Steinpilzen

Menge: 4 Portionen

400 Gramm frische Steinpilze
Weißbrot-Scheiben
Petersilie
3 Knoblauchzehen
sehr gutes Olivenöl

Petersilie und Knoblauch fein hacken und in etwas Olivenöl anbräunen,
die fein geschnittenen Steinpilze dazugeben und für etwa 20 min. auf
kleiner Flamme garen. Mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und auf die
gerüsteten Brotscheiben geben.

Der ideale "Starter" für einen italienischen Abend !
