500 Gramm Mehl
1/4 Liter Milch, knapp
150 Gramm Margarine oder Butter
1 Paket Hefe
1 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Teelöffel Salz
1 Ei (Größe M)
1 Eiweiß (Größe M)
1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen (Größe M)

Mehl in eine Rührschüssel geben, Milch und Margarine lau erwärmen.
1 Paket Hefe mit Salz und Zucker in einem Becher flüssig rühren.

Alle Zutaten mit dem Knethaken oder mit der Hand zu einem lockeren
Teig verarbeiten, 30 min. an warmen Ort gehen lassen.

1 Rundes Brot herstellen, strahlenförmig einritzen und mit Eigelb
bestreichen und 30 Minuten backen bei 220 Grad Celsius (Umluft) oder
bei 200 Grad Celsius (Heißluft).
