1 Mittelere Zwiebel
2 Mittelere Paprikaschoten
Pilze
Öl
Mehl

Seitan in Würfel schneiden, im heißen Öl schön dunkel und knusprig
anbraten, Zwiebel und Paprikaschoten kleinschneiden und dazugeben.
Alles kräftig würzen und nochmal anbraten. Mit Mehl bestäuben.
Wenn das Mehl ebenfalls dunkel ist, mit kaltem Wasser langsam
ablöschen. Sauce immer wieder etwas einkochen lassen und dann wieder
Wasser zugeben, bis die Sauce die richtige Konsistenz hat. Pilze
dazugeben. Dazu passen Nudeln oder Reis, Salat und Gemüse.
