2 Esslöffel Quark
1 Esslöffel Sahne
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
1 Prise Zucker
2 entbeinte Hühnerbrüstchen
4 Scheiben Weißbrot
1 Teelöffel Butter
halbe kleine Salatgurke
Paprikapulver edel-süß

Den Senf mit dem Quark und der Sahne verrühren. Mit Tafelsalz, Pfeffer
und dem Zucker abschmecken. Die Hühnerbrüste in eine Schale legen und
zugedeckt 2.5 (2 3/4) Minuten bei 360 (330) Watt garen. Inzwischen
die Brotscheiben im Toaster rösten. Mit der Butter bestreichen. Die
Gurke waschen, in Scheiben schneiden, salzen, pfeffern und auf den
Weißbrot-Scheiben verteilen.

Die Hühnerbrüstchen häuten, quer in dünne Scheiben schneiden und auf
den Gurken anordnen.

Den Senfquark in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle fuellen und
dekorativ auf den Hühnerbrüstchen verteilen. Mit wenig Paprikapulver
bestreuen.

Unser Tipp: Das Hühnerfleisch sollte beim Servieren noch lauwarm sein.
Man kann auch beliebige, bereits gegarte Geflügelreste verwenden. Vor
dem Belegen der Brote gibt man das klein-geschnittene Fleisch mit
1 Esslöffel Weisswein oder Hühnerbruehe in eine Schale und erwaermt es
zugedeckt eine halbe Minute bei 490 (500) Watt. Den Quark kann man
noch mit Kresse oder anderen Kräutern anreichern.
