Rhabarber-Aprikosen Marmelade aus Rabenkirchen-Faulück (Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg)

125 Gramm Aprikosen, getrocknet
250 Milliliter Wasser
750 Gramm Rhabarber
1 Kilogramm Gelierzucker

Gläser mit Twist-off-Deckel

Waschen Sie die Aprikosen und lassen Sie sie in Wasser zugedeckt über Nacht einweichen. Am nächsten Tag schneiden
Sie die Aprikosen In kleine Stücke. Dann waschen Sie den Rhabarber, ziehen ihn nach Bedarf ab, schneiden ihn in

4 Minuten sprudelnd kochen, füllen die Marmelade in die Gläser und verschließen diese sofort.
