5 frische Aprikosen
4 reife Pfirsiche
2 Mandarinen
2 reife Birnen
2 mittel-große Äpfel
125 Gramm blaue Weintrauben
125 Gramm grüne Weintrauben
2 Scheiben frische Ananas
2 Esslöffel Maraschino-Kirschen
2 Esslöffel Puderzucker
2 1/2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft
2 Esslöffel Maraschino (Kirschsaft)

Legen Sie die frischen Aprikosen und die Pfirsiche kurz in heißes Wasser und schrecken
Sie sie dann mit kaltem Wasser ab. Danach ziehen Sie von den Aprikosen und den Pirschen
die Haut ab, halbieren sie und entsteinen sie. Die Pfirsich-Hälften schneiden Sie nun in
Spalten. Dann pellen Sie die Mandarinen, teilen sie in Spalten und entkernen sie eventuell.
Die Birnen und die Äpfel schälen Sie, halbieren sie, entfernen das Kerngehäuse und schneiden
sie in Scheiben. Dann spülen Sie die Weintrauben ab, lassen sie in einem Sieb abtropfen,
entstielen und halbieren sie und entkernen sie. Danach schneiden Sie die Ananas-Scheiben in
Stücke.

Das vorbereitete Obst und die Maraschino-Kirschen vermengen Sie jetzt gut in einer Schüssel.
Dann verrühren Sie den Puderzucker gut mit dem Zitronensaft und dem Maraschino und mischen
die Mischung unter den Obstsalat.

Den Obstsalat füllen Sie zum Schluss in eine Glasschüssel, stellen ihn zugedeckt in den Kühlschrank
und lassen ihn gut durchziehen (etwa 2 Stunden).

Unser Tipp:
Den Obstsalat können Sie vor dem Servieren mit gehackten Walnuss-kerne, gehackten Pistazien-kernen oder
Mandeln bestreuen. Außerdem können Sie ihn mit abgespülten, trocken geschüttelten Melisse-Blättern
garnieren.
