50 Gramm Speiseöl (irgend ein neutrales Speiseöl, wie Distel-, Raps- oder Sonnenblumenöl)
50 Gramm Sojamilch
Eine Priese Tafelsalz
1 Priese Johannisbrotkernmehl
1 Esslöffel (Edel-) Hefeflocken

Dieses vegane Rezept ist wirklich sehr schnell und einfach gemacht. Dazu müssen Sie nur den Tofu etwas zerkleinern und dann alle Zutaten in einen Mixer solange mixen, bis Sie die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht haben.
