750 g Kartoffeln
Salz
Pfeffer
1 kleine Zwiebel
Zerlassene Butter

Die Kartoffeln schälen, rund ausstechen und in dünne Scheiben
hobeln. Die Zwiebeln in Scheiben schneiden und in Butter angehen
lassen. Alles würzen, die Kartoffeln rosettenartig entlang einer
Gratinform einlegen, die Zwiebeln darauf legen und geklärte Butter
darüber geben, so dass die Kartoffeln bedeckt sind. Im Ofen
bei etwa 220 Grad C schieben, bis sie goldgelbe Farbe angenommen haben.
