Menge: 1-2 Portionen

250 g junge grüne Bohnen
1 tb Öl
1 kleine Zwiebel
3 -4 Esslöffel Kalbsfond
1 Zweig Bohnenkraut

Von den Bohnen die Enden abknipsen und die Bohnen kurz waschen. Die
geschaelte Zwiebel in Wuerfel schneiden und in dem erhitzten Oel glasig
dünsten. Bohnen und Bohnenkraut dazugeben, salzen und mit Kalbsfond
aufgiessen. Zugedeckt in etwa 10 Minuten bissfest garen.

Hauptspeise: Gefuellte Kalbsleberschnitzel

Nachspeise: Krokant-Halbgefrorenes mit Fruchtsauce
