200 g Bulgur
1 Handvoll feine Nudeln
Olivenöl
1/4 l Fleischbrühe
1 Lorbeerblatt
Salz &Pfeffer

Öl in einen Kochtopf geben, die fein gehackte Zwiebel darin glasig
dünsten, die in der Hand klein zerdrückten Fadennudeln nach und nach
beifügen, dann den Bulgur und das Tomatenmark. Etwas anrösten lassen. Dann
mit der Fleischbrühe ablöschen. Umrühren. Zudecken. 25 Minuten köcheln.
