Hefeklösse mit Dörrobst

Menge: 6 Portionen

1/2 Wuerfel Hefe
60 g Zucker
150 g Margarine
2 Eier
1/2 l Milch
1 kg Mehl
Salz
3 Päckchen Dörrobst
100 g Margarine
100 g Zucker

Hefeteig kneten und gehen lassen. Klösse formen und auf ein
bemehltes Blech setzen. Dörrobst mit 2,5 Liter Wasser, je 100 g
Zucker und Margarine ca 40 Minuten kochen, bis das Obst weich ist. In
mehrere Töpfe 5 cm hoch verteilen, aufkochen lassen und die Klösse
auf das Obst setzen. 20 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel kochen
lassen.
