200 g Butter
Eiswasser

Gemüse waschen, putzen. Möhren in Salzwasser etwa 8 Minuten,
Zuckerschoten 3 Minuten blanchieren. In Eiswasser abkühlen,
abtropfen lassen.

Gemüse getrennt in je der Hälfte der Butter 8-10 Minuten
erwärmen.
