Karamellisierter Kohl

4 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Tasse Weißwein
1 Esslöffel Butter
Salz
etwas Ingwer
500 g Weißkohl

Den Zucker in einer Pfanne zum Schmelzen bringen. Einen Schuss Weißwein
dazugeben und verdampfen lassen. Die Butter und Gewürze und schließlich
den in sehr feine Streifen geschnittenen Weißkohl dazugeben. Das Ganze
andünsten lassen und eine Tasse Weißwein aufgießen und etwa 30 Minuten
schmoren lassen.
