1 kg Knoblauch
1/2 l Weißwein, trocken
1/2 l Weinessig
2 Peperoni (Glas), in Streifen
1 Thymian zweig
1 Rosmarin zweig
2 Lorbeerblätter
1 Teelöffel Pfefferkörner, weiß
75 g Zucker
2 Teelöffel Salz

Knoblauch schälen.
Alle Zutaten 3 Minuten kochen. Dann 24 Stunden zugedeckt stehen
lassen, nochmals 5 Minuten aufkochen, erkalten lassen und in Gläser
füllen, 1 cm Olivenöl aufgießen und verschließen.
