Möhren in Senfsahne

Menge: 3 Portionen

750 g Möhren
125 g süße Sahne
100 ml Milch
Salz
2 Eigelb
3 Teelöffel Dijonsenf
Basilikum
Salz
Pfeffer

Möhren in Stifte schneiden.
Sahne mit Milch verrühren und mit Salz würzen. Möhren hineingehen,
ankochen und 8 bis 10 Minuten fortkochen. Möhren herausnehmen.
Eigelb und Senf mit etwas Sahnemilch verquirlen. Restliche
Sahnemilch aufkochen, mit Eigelb legieren.
Möhren in die Soße geben, zerkleinerte Basilikumblättchen
hinzufügen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
