1 kg Gemüsegurken, Schmorgurken
Butter
Salz
Pfeffer
Sahne

Die Gurken schälen, halbieren und die Kerne rauskratzen. Die
Gurkenhälften nochmals längs halbieren, dann in Scheiben schneiden.
Die Gurken 5 Minuten in kochendem Salzwasser blanchieren, dann gut
abtropfen lassen. Butter in einem weiten Topf erhitzen, die Gurken
zugeben und dünsten, bis alle Flüssigkeit verdampft ist. Mit Salz
und Pfeffer würzen und mit Sahne begießen, bis die Gurken gerade
bedeckt sind. Alles jetzt so lange köcheln lassen, bis die Sauce
dicklich wird.

Dazu unbedingt neue Kartoffeln.
