200 Milliliter Ketchup
4 Esslöffel Apfelessig (siehe Tipp)
4 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
4 Esslöffel Worcestersauce, vegan
2 Esslöffel Flüssigrauch
2 Esslöffel Senf (mittelscharf)
1 Esslöffel Tafelsalz

Verrühren Sie die Zutaten erst in einem kleinen Topf und lassen Sie sie dann kurz aufkochen, damit sich die Aromen besser verbinden.

Danach füllen Sie die Sauce noch heiß in eine Schraubflasche oder einen luftdicht verschließbaren Behälter um, lassen sie anschließend abkühlen und bewahren die Sauce im Kühlschrank auf.
