Braune Sauce (vegan)

Menge: 3 Portionen

3 Esslöffel Olivenöl
3 Esslöffel weißes Mehl
600 Milliliter Gemüsebrühe
3 Esslöffel Sojasauce
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Erwärmen Sie das Olivenöl erst in einem Topf, rühren Sie dann das weißes Mehl ein und bräunen Sie es unter Rühren etwa 3 Minuten dunkel (Mehlschwitze). Danach rühren Sie die Gemüsebrühe vorsichtig ein und lassen das Ganze etwa 10 Minuten ohne Deckel köcheln. Nun schmecken Sie die Sauce mit Sojasauce, Pfeffer und Tafelsalz ab.

Unser Tipp:
Diese Sauce schmeckt gut zu Kartoffeln und Rotkohl.
