200 Milliliter Sojasahne
200 Milliliter Sojamilch
4 Esslöffel Hagebuttenmarmelade
2 Esslöffel Currypulver
1 Esslöffel Paprikapulver
etwas Zitronensaft
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Erwärmen Sie die Sojasahne und die Sojamilch in einem Topf, rühren Sie die Hagebuttenmarmelade ein und geben Sie das Paprikapulver sowie das Currypulver dazu. Dann lassen Sie die Zutaten einmal aufkochen und lassen die Sauce bei mittlerer Hitze sämig einkochen.Zum Schluss schmecken Sie die Sauce mit einem Spritzer Zitronensaft, etwas Tafelsalz und Pfeffer ab und servieren sie Ihren Gästen.
