Sojajoghurt-Gurken-Sauce (vegan)

Menge: 4 Portionen

500 Gramm Soja-Joghurt
1 Salatgurke
3 Zehen Knoblauch
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfefferminze, getrocknete

Verrühren Sie den Soja-Joghurt in einer Schüssel gut. Dann reiben Sie die Salatgurke auf einer Küchenreibe und vermischen sie mit dem Joghurt. Danach ziehen Sie den Knoblauch ab, schneiden ihn in kleine Würfel und pressen den Knoblauch mit dem Messerrücken zu einer Paste (oder Sie pressen ihn mit einer Knoblauchpresse). Den Knoblauch rühren Sie nun ebenfalls in die Sauce und schmecken sie zum Schluss mit etwas Tafelsalz und kalt abgespülter Minze nach Geschmack ab.
